Day school teacher records are created for a few reasons.
- Teachers can be linked to student participants for easier communication on student-related issues.
- Teachers can receive surveys about students' grades, behavior, attendance, and more.
This article describes how to add, edit, and delete teacher records.
Select People from your left-hand navigation menu.
Select List of Teachers.
The List of Teachers screen shows teachers who have already been added to the system.
Adding a Teacher Record
To add a new Teacher, click Add Teacher +
Fill out the required information in the Add Teacher form. Fields marked with a red asterisk are required.
When data entry is complete, click Save Teacher to save the data.
Editing and Deleting Teacher Records
Click the pencil icon under Actions to edit a Teacher record. After editing, click Save Teacher.
To delete a teacher record, click the trash can icon under Actions. Confirm deletion to remove the record.
Teachers assigned to students cannot be deleted. Learn more about assigning teachers to students in this article.
